The purpose of the Influencer Marketing Association is to grow, protect, and define Influencer Marketing practices. As the industry evolves, so must our standards. The IMA strives to serve as the foremost resource for industry best practices, measurement standards, and trends. The Influencer Marketing Association was founded by a pioneering group of industry experts who were among the first in the influencer marketing arena and, currently led by Jessica Thorpe (co-founder of gen.video) and Sean Naegeli (co-founder of Mavrck). We believe that, together, we can establish benchmarks to help marketers properly evaluate the impact of the investments.
