Justin Farrance

Justin Farrance qualified as a lawyer at Allen & Overy before pivoting to become the firm's first Ambassador for DE&I globally. Justin is the Founder of fast-scaling social mobility charity, GROW Mentoring and works with some of the world’s biggest brands and law firms to mentor and support diverse students entering the legal profession. In 2021, Justin was the recipient of the Prime Minister’s Commonwealth Points of Light Award and was named the #1 Future Leader in the UK at the British LGBT Awards.
